Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

PowerLogPro is a service-communication platform for powersports dealerships and their customers, available as an iPhone app and a web platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the PowerLogPro iPhone app and the PowerLogPro websites and services operated by PowerLogPro (“PowerLogPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The short version. PowerLogPro is used by participating dealerships and their customers. When you use the app, your information is associated with the dealership you select with a Dealer ID, so that dealership can manage your service. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use the app for third-party advertising, and there is no public social feed. Messages are private service-related communications between you and your dealership.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to connect you with your dealership and manage your service. This includes information you provide, information generated as you use the service, and basic technical information from your device.

Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Dealer association: the Dealer ID you enter and the dealership it identifies.
  • Vehicle information: details you enter about your units, such as year, make, model, VIN (if you choose to provide it), odometer, and notes.
  • Service requests: the service details and descriptions you submit, along with appointment and drop-off preferences.
  • Messages: messages you send to your dealership about active service jobs.

Information created through use of the service

  • Service activity and history: service requests, updates, and service history associated with you and your dealership.
  • Dealership communications: alerts, reminders, and messages exchanged with your dealership through the app.

Sign-in information

PowerLogPro signs you in with a one-time login code sent to your email address. We store a hashed, time-limited record of that code to verify it — we do not use it for any other purpose.

Device and app information

  • App presence and push: a push notification token, an install identifier, your app version, your device model, and a last-seen timestamp, so the app can show your service and deliver notifications.
  • Server logs and diagnostics: basic technical logs (such as request and error information) needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate PowerLogPro and provide the service, including to:

  • Connect you with the dealership you select and associate your service with that dealership.
  • Verify your identity with the one-time email login code and keep your account secure.
  • Create and manage your customer profile, vehicles, and service requests.
  • Show active service updates and service history.
  • Enable messaging between you and your dealership about active service jobs.
  • Send service updates, alerts, reminders, and new-message notifications.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

Dealership Customer Data

PowerLogPro is used by participating dealerships to manage service for their customers. When you enter a Dealer ID, your profile, vehicles, service requests, messages, and service history are associated with that dealership so its staff can serve you. Your information is kept separate by dealership; entering a different Dealer ID creates a separate customer record for that dealership.

Your dealership controls its own customer records and uses your information to provide service. If you have questions about how a specific dealership handles your information, please contact that dealership directly. You can also contact us using the details below.

Messages and Service Requests

Messages in PowerLogPro are private, service-related communications between you and your dealership. They are tied to your service request or repair order so that authorized dealership staff — not just one person — can see the conversation and help you. There is no public social feed, and messages are not shown to other customers. We use the contents of service requests and messages to provide and support the service.

Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send push notifications for service updates, dealership alerts and reminders, and new messages. To do this we store a push notification token for your device. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device’s Settings; turning them off does not delete your account, and you can still see updates in the app.

Device and App Information

To run the app reliably and deliver notifications, we collect device and app information such as a push notification token, an install identifier, your app version, your device model, and a last-seen timestamp. We also keep basic server logs and diagnostic data needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. We use this information to operate and protect the service — not for advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

  • With your dealership: the dealership you select by Dealer ID receives the information you provide and generate so it can manage your service.
  • With service providers: we use trusted providers that help us operate PowerLogPro — for example, email delivery for login codes and Apple Push Notification service for notifications. They may process information only to perform services for us.
  • For legal and safety reasons: we may share information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PowerLogPro, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: if PowerLogPro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Sensitive customer information — such as name, email, phone, and vehicle details — is encrypted when stored, and connections to PowerLogPro use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Login codes are stored only as time-limited, hashed values, and app session tokens are stored as hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service to you and your dealership, including maintaining your service history. We also retain information as needed to meet legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements and to resolve disputes. Login codes and similar short-lived security records are kept only briefly and then expire. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it. If you would like your information removed, contact us or your dealership using the details below.

Your Choices

  • Profile information: you can review and update your name and other profile details in the app.
  • Notifications: you can turn push notifications on or off in your device Settings.
  • Vehicles and requests: you control the vehicle details and service requests you submit.
  • Access and deletion: you can ask us or your dealership to access, correct, or delete your information. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

PowerLogPro is intended for dealership customers and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Your continued use of PowerLogPro after an update means you accept the revised policy.
